1. No adult content in ANY picture, whether explict or implied. You send it, you will be disqualified. HAC Is a family friendly site.

2. It is a policy at HAC that the webmistresses (Razaar and Panzer) will not submit art to HAC as it is THEIR art challenge and that would be unfair to those submitting. (Razaar says-Think how cheesed off you'd be if I came in first or Panzer came in first, it would almost scream "RIGGED!" at you.)

3. Entrys should be predominantly SWAT Kats. In the long way, that means do not draw your fanfic char in the foreground and a tiny little shadow stick figure and claim that it is one of the SWAT Kats and in accordance with the theme. However, you can do that where the SK is in the foreground and the stick figure is your fanfic char...

4. We will host images to an extent. If the file is too large, it will be shrunk. So, if you have an entry that has a large file size, you will need to host it yourself and be sure to send the HAC admins the link. The file types that are accepted are: .gif .jpg .jpeg (Note, we do not like Bitmap format, but we CAN convert it as long as it isn't over 2 megs in size. Send it to Razaar.) 5. These rules are still in the process of being worked out and may change over time, so check back every so often to be sure that you know them!
